The ILS Measuring System, MICAS,
is a unique system used to perform a variety of ground-based
measurements on an airport's Instrument Landing Systems (ILS) in a
very easy, cost-effective and time-saving manner.
Micas has been developed in close cooperation with the Danish Air Navigation Service Provider, Naviair, whose CNS systems specialists have participated actively in the development of MICAS with their valuable hands-on experience about fourth-generation measurement vehicles and the needs and requirements in connection with ground-based ILS measurements.
