Active project management is an essential part of
our successful project execution and delivery. Each project is
allocated a project manager.
The project manager's main responsibilities are:
- Fulfilling the customer's expectations through well conducted workshop activities and close involvement of the customer throughout the project
- Ensuring positive end-customer contact and acting on issues brought up in a proactive and solution oriented manner
- Ensuring that quality and safety issues are properly rooted in the design and all project-activities
- And of course traditional project management tasks such as risk management, planning, coordination, follow-up, reporting etc.
